At first he bought a stone house in ruins in Jornets (Sencelles) that he restored single handedly in his free time…
…then, he acquired a plot of farming land that he has been ploughing and cultivating on his old tractor since then…
…and then his marriage and mallorquean offspring, connecting him even more to the island
A DREAM COME TRUE
The memories of his native Belgium and his passion for beer have been present through all of this. He started producing it traditionally on a small scale in a workshop attached to his home, monitoring his production scrupulously. Investigating… Trying out plenty of recipes in coordination with Belgian brewing masters, incorporating local ingredients as a tribute to this land that took him in all these years ago and that he keeps on cherishing, cultivating and harvesting. Always looking to improve his recipes, looking for the exact nuances in order to achieve the right product.
